Shipping Policy

Most Bad Weather Baddies Co. products are made to order and may be produced and shipped by one of our third-party fulfillment partners.

Processing Times
Because many items are created after an order is placed, please allow time for production before shipment. Processing times vary by product and production partner and are separate from estimated shipping transit times.

Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, production delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after a shipping label is created.

Multiple Shipments
Items in the same order may occasionally be produced by different fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages or on different days.

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipment.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows that a package has been significantly delayed, lost, or otherwise appears to have an issue in transit, please contact us so we can review the situation with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the carrier. Contact us if you are still unable to locate the package and we will help review the available information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

International Orders
International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
